A sign I am officially losing my mind

I came out of the grocery store this morning and realized I had two different pair of shoes on.

Sigh.

No wonder the cashier kinda smirked at us when we left.

Possible explanations:
1. It's a Monday and I had my "it's Monday - time to get stuff done" brain on.
2. My two-year-old was demanding my attention.
3. I think it's trendy to pair a brown flip flop with a sparkly orange & pink one.
4. I'm pregnant. Nuff said.

  1. If it makes you feel any better, I did the same thing but I came to work like that and had to go through the whole day with 2 different colored shoes on...I don't know that my co-workers will ever let me live that one down!

  2. that makes me laugh. i've had moments when i quickly look at my feet, to reassure myself i haven't done the exact same thing! ha ha!
by the way, love the red toe nail polish and at least your feet aren't swollen from pregnancy, mine blew up like balloons!

  11. My sister-in-law did the very same thing when attending my baby sister's graduation back in June. Her excuse was that she was so hugely pregnant she couldn't see her feet! We got a good laugh out of it.
