In need of inspiration

Ever needed inspiration? Like in a really, bad way?

This week seems to be DEVOID of inspiration. Sometimes the monotony of wiping noses and making breakfasts, lunches, and suppers just about drives me out of my mind.

AND I've been doing some really dumb things.
Like accidentally putting a disposable pull-up in the washer. (ever do that? it makes a total MESS!)

The next day I started a load of laundry and came back later to discover that I never put the dirty clothes in.

Sigh.

Then I spilled water on my keyboard and now I can't use capital letters or the exclamation mark. (I'm using my work computer now)

Yes, it's been one of those weeks.

BUT.

The sun is shining and SPRING IS COMING!! I can feel it. The birds are singing, the tulips are budding and it feels amazing!

  1. Renewal is so necessary--definitely the lesson of spring! Look to new places for inspiration--I find it refreshing!

  3. I feel like I have quite a few of those days. I blame it on hormone imbalance of some sort. I blame lots of things on hormones!
Enjoy a week off of projects! We all need that.
    Come on Spring!

  7. It's rotten when you have days (or even weeks) like that. I hope things pick up for you. The great thing is when you have the opposite kind of week, where everything goes swimmingly, the kids get along, everyone likes dinner, and your funny craft idea actually work - having lousy days helps us appreciate the wonderful days, doesn't it?
