Hello kiddies! You probably thought I dropped off the face of the earth! But no, here I am yet again. The past few weeks have been filled with sick kiddos, trips to the mountains with family, helping friends decorate, enjoying the early Springtime. All that good (and bad) stuff.
Tonight I threw a surprise 30th birthday party for my sister-in-law Andrea. And I must say, my brain was kicked into high gear for this one!
The hanging white tissue paper "flowers" were made from a Martha Stewart kit from Michael's. So easy and FUN!
It was so much fun to use Spring as inspiration for the party! That meant lime green and pink! With some fun fabrics and flowers to accessorize.
I made the napkin rings out of a bunch of artificial flowers and clear plastic shower curtain rings.
The table was set up in our family room, and it worked out really well. On the menu: chocolate covered stawberries, cream puffs, artichoke dip, guacamole, cucumber sandwiches, caprese salad, and chocolate cupcakes.
What a gorgeous tablescape. The menu sounds delish!
