Nursery Artwork


Our friends Neil and Melissa are expecting a little girl very soon and they asked me to create some artwork to hang above their crib. Melissa wanted me to use the verse from Jeremiah 1:5. 





I was really pleased with how the artwork turned out. These pics are taken in Violet's bedroom, one of my favorite spots in the house.

  5. Oh my word! Everytime I think a piece is my favorite, you make a new one...love all of your work! Can I ask how you distress the edges of your canvas?

    1. I use an ink pad to distress the edges. It's really simple and makes a big difference. Thanks for commenting! :)

  6. SO AWESOME!! I WANT EVERY SIGN YOU MAKE!!! I'm gonna try this out! This may be a really stupid question, but do you paint the white canvases with white paint before you paint on the letters?? Thanks for sharing your creativity, you are so inspirational!! :)

  10. All of your artwork is perfectly beautiful! I cannot find scripture art that compares to this anywhere! Do you sell your pieces or is there a tutorial you would recommend?
