One recurring WIWW theme I'm noticing is that thrifters have the COOLEST outfits! Very pretty :)

Always super cute outfits.

I spent an hour in Forever 21 Saturday searching for any skirt that went past my mid-thigh. Fail. The young employee directed me toward the "more mature section". That's really fine but the skirts there were super short too! Yours is darling and exactly what I was looking for. Bummer. I just can't go back. The disorganization in that store drives me batty.
