Fall Decorating Arrangement & New Finds

I was inspired to make a fall arrangement because of this post, so I made a mini-version of it. Course it's not nearly as spectacular, but it turned out ok anyway!

I used flowers from my garden and I wanted to hang it on my side door, but I haven't figured out a good way to hang the vase because of its shape.

I found this bread box at Goodwill (just what I was looking for - yes!!) and I put a rub-on embellishment on the front of it to add a little interest. I also found those cute little crocks at Goodwill. You know how I LOVE finding other people's castoffs! And for cheap, I might add!

I also got this rub-on banner at Goodwill - just happened to spy it and it's one of those things that you aren't necessarily looking for, but you're so glad you found! I put it on top of the French doors leading from the dining room to the front foyer.

I lub me some Goodwill! :)

  1. I love the arrangement you made - looks really nice.

And I was just at an Uppercase Living party last week and they sell those rub on things. They have some really great ones. Although I am sure yours was much cheaper at Goodwill!

  2. Now listen...stop climbing up on things and taking pictures! I know it's for our benefit, but we'll make do with upward angles...!!

    You know I'm kidding...kinda!

  4. when I need something, the first place I look for it is the Goodwill. It feeds my yard sale addiction, too, when I miss a Saturday! Love the arrangement.
