What I Wore Wednesday {Thrift Store Edition}


I'm linking up with Lindsey at The Pleated Poppy for "What I Wore Wednesday". As usual, most of my clothes are from thrift stores, mostly Goodwill, and consignment shops.

I happen to be a thrift store addict, in case you haven't noticed.



Navy tank: Forever 21
Cardi: Goodwill (J. Crew)
Skirt: Plato's Closet consignment (Forever 21)
Belt & shoes: Goodwill

The cardigan is my most recent find! I have a ton of cardigans but I just couldn't resist the stripes.

When I bought the jean skirt from the consignment shop, it was too short, but I thought it was too cute to pass up. So I sewed some lace from an old curtain valance onto the bottom of it.






Black tank: Target
Yellow cardi: H&M
Skirt: made by me (see tutorial here)
Shoes: Ross





Gray top: Forever 21
Skinnes: Kmart
Scarf: Goodwill

    ok seriously...where do you shop?I live in MT. And I'll be goin back to PA.for a couple of weeks.I love thrift store shopping.But we are very limited here.Soo the first thing I want to do is "go aimee weaver thrift store shopping"!!!haha I love reading your blog..and I love your style...soo yea any of your favorite thrift stores?I grew up in PA so I don't need directions...just the area?:):)

      I find most of my things at Goodwill in Lancaster and Plato's Closet in Exton. Good luck shopping!!

    Loving that circle skirt you made! Your tutorial seems so easy, but then when you have to consider the math involved..it does become more complicated!
