My styles constantly change, and this my current favorite for a dream kitchen!
Love, love, love the dark hardwood floors, open glass cabinet doors, open shelving, huge island....everything!!
I recently saw the movie "Something's Gotta Give" and, although I didn't care for the plot (sorry, but I think Jack Nicholson is kinda creepy), I absolutely fell in love with the house where the movie is set! It's in the Hamptons and is very beachy, lots of calming colors, open spaces, and still cozy and comfortable.
Here is the kitchen (similar to the photo above)...
As a fellow kitchen lover, I love to look at fantasy kitchens too!!
ReplyDeleteI'm into colour though, lately, so I am drooling over all the colored cabinetry options...

I love it too, perfection.
ReplyDeleteyes, love it! clark and i are in the midst of possibly renovating our kitchen. we hope to do it within the next few years, hopefully within the next year. we want to knock out the wall between the existing kitchen/breakfast area & the existing dining room and just make one large kitchen & breakfast area. we were messing around with thoughts last night and these pictures provided great inspiration, although probably only lofty dreams!

ReplyDeleteI read your blog regularly but this is the first time I've commented. I couldn't resist...I love the house from "Something's Gotta Give" too! The kitchen is to die for!!! Maybe someday...
