My Pink Porch
It's the most wonderful time of the year! And I'm not talking about Christmas, either!!
It's the time of year when the roses are blooming in full force. And my little old porch turns pink. And smells divine.
I almost don't notice the rusty porch railing or the peeling wood floor. It's camouflaged by the most beautiful blooms ever!
I bought this bistro set at a yard sale for $15 and spray painted it a robin's egg blue. The fun striped cushions are from Ikea. The spot is perfect for summertime-lunches!
Anyone care to join me for a cold glass of lemonade? I would love it!
Have a great holiday weekend! We are heading to the beach to spend some quality time with my family! They are the best!
What are your plans for the weekend?

Gorgeous flowers! We live in an apartment, but I so wish we had a porch where we could but up a patio set and have lunch outside!ReplyDelete
Beautiful! Outside with the flowers, the perfect place to be , and yours looks heavenly!ReplyDelete
I would LOVE to come have lemonade with you! Your porch is beautiful and I would love to get to chat and smell the roses!ReplyDelete
I love all your beautiful pink flowers embracing your porch!ReplyDelete
I agree that this is the most beautiful time of year with new colorful life blossoming everywhere we look. After this seemingly endless winter, I was just ecstatic to see the leaves budding on the trees :)
I love it on your porch seems so peaceful.ReplyDelete
Oh Just Beautiful- love that Porch-SO Inspiratinal- would love to have my home covered in bloom..ReplyDelete
Thanks for Sharing Such Beauty.
Aimee, love your porch! Since we live on a farm with LOTS of flies, white wicker just isn't gonna work here. Love to look at other ppls porches, cuz I don't think I'll ever have something where the flies won't ruin the furniture or infest the party. enjoy your porch! and yes, i love pink flowers too, they seem to be my stand-by.ReplyDelete

what kind of climbing rose is that?ReplyDelete
So sorry, but I'm not sure what kind it is!Delete
You already got a wonderful porch, Aimee. But the blooms of roses gave a refreshing and calming mood to it, and by the looks of it, I can smell the divine scent of the roses. That’s really great!ReplyDelete
