So sorry if you are sick to death of seeing my signs by now!! But I wanted to show a few more from the past few weeks. I can't tell you how much I am enjoying my little painting venture. It can be overwhelming, but it is so fulfilling to me creatively. During this time in my life when I spend so much time taking care of kids, changing diapers, cleaning the house, doing the laundry ~ it is such a blessing to me to have this "job" as my escape.
Here are a few custom signs that I made using antique barn doors.
In case you are wondering, I'm not accepting new custom orders until the end of January. I'm still trying to catch up on my current orders, and I'd like to find time to add more inventory to the shop.
My studio is being featured on the Craftaholics Anonymous blog today! What fun! Thank you Linda for featuring my space!
All of your IKEA additions look great! Here is the conversation that happened behind me as I was looking at the studio guest post:
ReplyDeleteL: Hey, that's Avery's house.
A: Yes Libby
L: But why is it on there?
A: Because Aimee is like Pioneer Woman. She is a blogger and she blogs her things. Like Pioneer Woman.
L: Oh.
Ha! So there you go. You are the new PW.
Comparing me to Miss PW?? I think my head just got so big it exploded.
DeleteFabulous project- I love this. Beautifully done!
ReplyDeleteAimee... I would love to know the font your used for the Barnwood doors - the calligraphy part. I see it everywhere but can't find the exact font.
